  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Hebrew and English (spoken, written, and reading at a mother-tongue level) due to regular interactions with international clients.

  • Independent Thinker: Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically and work autonomously.

  • Professionalism: Demonstrates high standards of professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.

  • Motivation to Learn: Eager to continuously develop and grow within the firm, while contributing as part of a winning team.

  • Customer Service Excellence: A strong commitment to providing excellent client service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
